I’m sorry we’ve made Christ so unattractive to you. As if following Him means dedicating your entire life to an eternity of misery.
Because the truth is, loving other people and believing in a God who just desperately wants you to understand how much He loves you is the basis of all of it.
It’s not rules, it’s not regulations, it’s not you’ll never be good enough.
It’s “I love you because, despite everything, you were still worth dying for and He just needed you to know that”.
Leading my community group in a lesson on prayer tonight. Goodness, I’m so excited. Prayer has radically changed my life this last year. (How?) I love prayer so much. (Why?)
